The Role
This is an Entry level role that will function as an integral support for our Commercial Sales Team & customers. The position ensures on-time payments, maintains reporting visibility, and resolves challenges related to trade marketing materials, Drinks Dispense, and ullages. Additionally, collaboration with internal teams, including Finance, Commercial, and Supply, is key to ensuring smooth operations and business growth. As well as payments, the role is focused on support field sales productivity through innovation in process and ways of working.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% on-time payments for Wholesalers & Customers within SLA.
- Support Independent Free Trade (IFT) Field Sales Team by resolving payment issues and providing ongoing visibility of progress.
- Communicate weekly IFT payment updates via a bespoke dashboard to IFT Exec, Key Account Managers, and Field Sales Team.
- Build cross-functional communication and ways or working to ensure we are connected to all functions relevant to payments.
- Manage the Sales Team-facing side of the Contract Management tool, including reporting, analysis, and bug escalation.
- Create and maintain training and demo documents (e.g., FAQs) for payments, contracts, and BEES platform.
- Own projects to improve administrative process and improve field sales effectiveness by working with departments such as Marketing, Brands, Revenue Management & Sales Team to find and close gaps.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience as an Administrative Account Executive or in a similar role is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail in processing and checking data.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confidence in decision-making and confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
- An agile mindset, with a proactive and strategic approach.
- Adaptable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
