Commercial Partnerships Executive - Travel Industry
We are recruiting for an exciting Commercial Partnerships Executive opportunity with a leading travel membership organisation. Supporting a large network of independent travel businesses and working with a wide range of travel suppliers, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded travel professional looking to develop their career within a respected and influential organisation.
Working within a collaborative commercial team, you will:
- Manage supplier partnerships
- Negotiate commercial agreements
- Support trading performance
- Help deliver commercial initiatives across multiple travel sectors
You will also play a key role in supporting cruise related commercial activity, making this an ideal opportunity for someone with account management, supplier relationship or commercial experience within the travel industry.
Commercial Partnerships Executive - Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of travel supplier partners, ensuring strong engagement and commercial performance.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, trading terms, and promotional opportunities to maximise value and revenue.
- Support the delivery of cruise focused commercial initiatives, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive sales and engagement.
- Monitor trading results, analyse performance data, and identify opportunities to improve commercial returns.
- Conduct regular supplier reviews, forecasting, and performance reporting, providing recommendations to support business growth.
- Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the business at supplier meetings, conferences, and events.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide commercial insight and support to help maximise opportunities for members and supplier partners alike.

Commercial Partnerships Executive - Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience within a commercial, account management, supplier partnerships, business development, or trading role within the travel industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful supplier or business partner relationships.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Cruise sector knowledge or experience would be highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the travel industry.

Commercial Partnerships Executive - Additional Information:
- Salary of £35,000 plus benefits.
- Office-based role in Surrey, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility to work from home 2 days per month.
