We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded graduate or early-career professional in a varied, hands-on role spanning sales, brand representation, customer relationships, and distillery operations.

The successful candidate will support Northern Ireland on- and off-trade sales, represent the brand at tastings, events, and international trade shows, and help develop relationships with customers, distributors, and hospitality partners. They will also provide practical commercial and administrative support to the senior team and assist with tours, events, and Visitor Centre activity when required.

Package includes:

  • £30,000 base salary
  • Annual performance bonus of up to £3,000
  • Business mileage or access to a company vehicle
  • International travel, accommodation, and subsistence
  • Company pension and staff benefits
  • Time off in lieu for substantial out-of-hours commitments
  • Salary review after 12 months, with potential progression to £32,000-£34,000
