Love data, great organisation and making things happen? Join Ryvita as a Commercial Executive and become part of the engine room behind our commercial team. You'll help bring new customers on board, keep our accounts running smoothly, track how our products are performing with shoppers, and work with teams across the business to make sure everything lands in the right place at the right time.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. One day you could be analysing sales data and spotting trends, the next you could be coordinating a new product launch, setting up a new customer or helping our commercial team deliver for some of the UK's biggest retailers. If you're organised, curious, love working with people and enjoy turning detail into action, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Accountabilities
- Support our commercial team and customers by managing account administration, new customer set-up, invoicing, pricing and product information to keep everything running smoothly.
- Turn data into insight by analysing sales and shopper data to track performance, identify trends and support better commercial decisions.
- Coordinate projects across the business by working closely with Commercial, Demand, Supply Chain and Marketing teams to deliver customer requirements, pack changes and new product launches.
- Keep us organised and on track by managing forecasts, purchase orders, POS materials and customer information, ensuring deadlines are met and details are spot on.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
