Your Mission

The mission of the Senior Commercial Executive is to drive commercial excellence and strategic growth for Piaget in the UK market. You will be responsible for optimizing performance and enhancing client engagement across our esteemed retail boutiques, while simultaneously cultivating strong relationships and maximizing business development within our strategic wholesale channels. The role will blend strategic vision with hands-on execution to achieve sales targets, foster key partnerships, and contribute significantly to Piaget's long-term market strategy.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Analyse sales performance, prepare forecasts, budgets and commercial reports, and provide business insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate monthly business reviews, sales tracking and turnover reporting across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Support commercial strategy, distribution planning and long-term business development for the UK market.
  • Manage CRM and client development initiatives, driving client acquisition, retention, loyalty and ROI through Salesforce and targeted activations.
  • Oversee operational excellence across boutiques and POS, including openings, compliance, finance coordination and merchandising support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, coordinate training programmes and develop action plans to maximise performance.

  • 3 years’ experience in commercial roles, with proven capabilities in retail analysis.
  • Experience within luxury or premium retail is a significant advantage.
  • Commercially and analytically minded, with ability to connect analytical findings to business context and strategic implications.
  • Self-directed and accountable, with a track record of managing priorities and delivering quality work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and able to present with clarity and confidence.
