A bit about the role …
This role is a support to the Commercial Finance (CF) team. The CF team are a centralised team that manage the project finances for all Inizio XD Service Lines.

What will you do …
Daily Tasks:
- Manage the Commercial Finance inbox, answering and resolving queries
- Manage an integrated system error queue
- Refresh daily reports
Weekly Tasks:
- Refresh weekly forecast reports
- Cross check data and update systems accurately
- Send project status e-mails to project owners
- Support the Commercial Finance Partner with job closures, which will include reconciling Procim data such as time and purchase orders
- Move time and costs between projects
- User/personnel maintenance within Procim
- Check reports and flag outstanding finance actions
- Send communication regarding project status and tracking and update centralised reports with the responses
- Attend weekly team meetings

General:
- Provide general support to the CF team with all administrative tasks and actions
What do you need to have …
- Previous experience working in a finance administration role
- The CF team use a project budgeting tool, Procim, and our accounting system is Oracle. No previous experiences are required of these specific systems
- A professional, helpful demeanour along with a comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- A can-do approach to team working, with enthusiasm in abundance
- A focus on accuracy, consistency, and a dedication to high levels of customer service
- Intermediate level Excel (can review complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft Office 365 package
- Organised with the ability to work on clear tasks unsupervised
- Good communication skills and self-motivated
- Live within a commutable distance (within 1 hour) of our Ashby-de-la-Zouch office
