SF Partners are working with a well-established and highly regarded business to recruit a Finance Analyst into their finance team for a well established business based near Evesham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in a commercially focused finance role, with exposure to financial planning, pricing, forecasting, management reporting, cashflow analysis and decision support.

The role would suit someone already working in commercial finance, management accounts or financial analysis.

The Role:

  • Create, maintain and update customer price lists across multiple product categories using internal systems and Excel.
  • Apply and validate complex pricing updates across customer-specific pricing structures and freight arrangements.
  • Manage the end-to-end pricing process, including approvals, publishing, document generation and archiving.
  • Produce and maintain customer pricing files across internal systems and Excel.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across multiple systems and processes.
  • Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies while supporting urgent commercial requests.
  • Work closely with finance, sales, purchasing, logistics and wider commercial teams.
  • Provide additional finance and commercial administration support, including reconciliations, reporting and customer account maintenance.
  • Manage multiple priorities accurately while working to tight deadlines.
  • Monitor pricing deadlines and maintain accurate schedules of customer price changes.
  • Review the margin impact of proposed pricing changes and escalate exceptions or commercially sensitive issues.
  • Maintain clear version control and accurate records of pricing documents, approvals and supporting calculations.
  • Support analysis for customer tenders, rebate reviews and commercial pricing discussions.
  • Assist with product setup, data mapping and validation to ensure accurate information across systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements across pricing administration, reporting and system controls.
