A leading international FMCG business with a strong portfolio of recognised consumer brands is looking for a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join its UK team. This is a high-impact role partnering with Sales and Operations teams to provide insight, build financial models, and influence commercial decision-making across key markets.
The role:
- Partner with commercial teams to analyse customer and product profitability, identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions, negotiations, and business planning
- Own monthly reporting packs, providing clear insights, commentary, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Support forecasting and planning processes by integrating commercial insights and market intelligence
- Monitor customer rebates, funding claims, and commercial agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Drive improvements across reporting, analytics, and processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making

The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–3 years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business analysis within FMCG, retail, or a consumer-facing environment
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA preferred) with strong financial modelling and Excel skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations
- Confident communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with sales, operations, and senior stakeholders
