About The Role

You Bring The Flavour. Together, We Deliver Delicious.

At Domino's, every commercial decision has an impact. As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you'll provide the analysis, insight and challenge that helps our teams make smarter decisions and deliver stronger results.

Working closely with Marketing and other key stakeholders, you'll translate data into meaningful business recommendations, helping us understand performance, evaluate opportunities and make informed commercial decisions. From supporting investment cases and commercial initiatives to reviewing campaign performance and trial activity, your work will directly influence how we grow and succeed.

If you're commercially curious, enjoy asking questions and want to develop your career in a role that goes beyond traditional finance reporting, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with genuine commercial curiosity and a desire to learn.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in a commercial finance, finance analyst or commercially focused analytical role.
  • Experience partnering with commercial stakeholders and supporting business decision-making rather than focusing primarily on month-end accounting processes.
  • Progress towards a recognised accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA, with evidence of active or recent study alongside employment.
  • A good understanding of key financial drivers including sales, margin, profitability and return on investment.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with experience analysing large datasets and supporting financial modelling activities.
  • Experience conducting commercial performance reviews, variance analysis and post-activity evaluations.
  • The ability to compare forecasted outcomes against actual performance, identify key drivers and translate findings into practical recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc requests.
  • A proactive and inquisitive mindset, with a genuine interest in understanding how commercial decisions impact wider business performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
