Commercial Finance Analyst
We are looking for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Analyst to provide insightful analysis, reporting, and financial modelling that supports data-driven decision-making across the business. Working closely with finance and cross-functional teams, you will help drive performance through KPI analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and business intelligence reporting.
Office location: Greenford, Middlesex
Working Hours: fully on-site, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 45mins meal break.
Salary: £40-45k DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end reporting, including accruals, provisions, and financial adjustments.
- Analyse commercial and operational KPIs, providing actionable insights.
- Assist with Board reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop financial models to support tenders, sourcing decisions, investments, and cost management.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and BI reporting tools.
- Monitor margins, waste, yield, and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and commercial functions.
- Support ad hoc analysis and business projects as required.
About You
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Part-qualified or qualified CIMA (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Management Accounting or FP&A.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in ERP systems, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data warehousing concepts.
- Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.
- FMCG experience desirable.
