Commercial Finance Analyst - £40,000 - £45,000 + Full Study Support - Central London | Hybrid Working
Are you a part-qualified finance professional looking to build a career in commercial finance?
We are recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join a leading retail / hospitality business in Central London.
This is a great opportunity to move into a highly commercial role with real exposure to sales, margin, product performance and trading analysis, while working closely with operational teams across the business.
You'll join a six-person Commercial Finance team, reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, and play an important role in turning financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight.

Full CIMA/ACCA study support will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
- Sales, margin and product performance analysis
- Helping produce the weekly trading pack
- Identifying key trends, risks and opportunities within trading performance
- Using advanced Excel and Power BI to turn data into meaningful commercial insight
- Working closely with operations and other non-finance stakeholders
- Supporting commercial decision-making across the business
- Assisting with monthly management accounts and month-end reporting
- Producing ad-hoc analysis for the wider Commercial Finance team
What we're looking for:
- CIMA / ACCA studier
- At least 2 years' experience in a finance analyst, management accounting or commercial finance role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced Excel - essential
- Power BI experience would be highly advantageous
- Retail, FMCG, food, hospitality or wider consumer-sector experience would be beneficial
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, commercially minded and keen to progress
