Be Part of Something Big. Join the Wingstop Team!

Who are we looking for?

This is a Commercial Analyst role for someone looking to build their skills in a fast-moving, growing business. You will support reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, with a particular focus on Marketing and Growth, channel performance and commercial decision-making.

The role offers the opportunity to develop commercial confidence, stakeholder skills and broader business understanding in a supportive environment, working with experienced colleagues to turn data into practical recommendations. A key part of the role will be helping the business build, review and learn from commercial tests, including situations where test conditions are not perfect but clear, balanced insight is still needed.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear, accurate reporting and performance analysis.
  • Analyse sales performance, channel mix, campaign activity, operational trends and site-level performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, maintaining models and planning outputs.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for commercial initiatives, marketing reviews, operational reviews and strategic projects.
  • Assess promotional effectiveness, including uplift, cannibalisation, margin impact and ROI, and provide recommendations on the mechanics most likely to deliver profitable growth.
  • Work with Marketing to align promotional spend, discounting and campaign investment with profitability targets and wider commercial priorities.
  • Build standardised templates, dashboards and automated reporting outputs that provide clear KPIs, consistent performance views and stronger data quality across systems.
  • Assess the external landscape, including competitor activity and relevant promotional mechanics, to inform campaign reads and future planning.
  • Identify performance risks and opportunities, translating analysis into practical next steps for the business.
  • Support test-and-learn activity across varied commercial, customer and marketing initiatives, helping teams set up robust multi-site or customer tests, interpret results and apply evidence to future decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong Excel skills, with experience working with large datasets, maintaining models and updating dashboards.
  • Ability to analyse sales, operational or commercial performance data and translate findings into clear insight.
  • Experience supporting reporting, budgeting, forecasting or performance review processes.
  • Strong communication skills, including confidence using PowerPoint and the ability to present analysis, explain results and summarise findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
