FUEL THE FUTURE: Commercial Finance Analyst

💼 Role Type: Permanent / Full-Time

⚡ Start Date: ASAP

👥 Reports into: Senior Commercial Finance Manager

🇬🇧 Employment Eligibility: Must have full right to work in the UK

About PerfectTed

PerfectTed is on a mission to fuel the future of energy with clean, matcha-powered products. As Europe’s leading matcha brand and one of the UK’s fastest-growing energy drink companies, we’re redefining what modern energy looks and feels like.

We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team, reporting directly into our Senior Commercial Finance Manager.

You’ll work closely with them to strengthen commercial finance across the business, supporting forecasting, reporting, commercial P&Ls and decision-making while partnering day-to-day with our Sales, Marketing and E-commerce teams.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just want to report the numbers. We want someone who understands why they’re moving, challenges assumptions and helps decide what we should do next.

What You’ll Be Doing

📊 Forecasting & Reporting

  • Support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager with the rolling forecast, commercial reporting and wider planning process.
  • Own and improve commercial forecast files and monthly SKU-level forecasts.
  • Produce MTD reporting, track sales phasing and provide clear commentary on risks and opportunities.
  • Feed commercial forecasts into the wider company cash flow forecast.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
