Reporting into the Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting while partnering with stakeholders across the business to provide analysis and financial insight.

Description
- Assist with monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
- Deliver variance analysis with clear, commercial commentary.
- Support monthly KPI reviews with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain financial models and planning tools.
- Produce insightful reporting using Power BI and Excel.
- Partner with teams across the business to support strategic decision-making.
- Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests.
- Drive continuous improvements to reporting processes and financial insight.
Profile
- Part qualified Accountant and actively studying towards an accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
- Experience within FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical ability with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A continuous improvement mindset and excellent attention to detail.
