Location: London or Coventry Store Support Centre & Home. Colleagues go into the office 1-2 days per week on average.

What You'll Do
- Provide accurate reporting, detailed analysis, and actionable insights to effectively manage Argos supplier funding
- Partner with Buying and Finance teams to offer data-led insights that support decision-making and maximise supplier funding opportunities
- Support the regular reporting cycle, analyse supplier funding performance, contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility and transparency
- Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare clear analysis and recommendations, support system enhancements, maintain financial control
- Utilise data-led insights to drive constructive conversations and better decision-making
- Ultimately contribute to the overall financial success and strategic direction of the organisation
Who You Are
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with commercial business partnering experience
- Demonstrable experience using financial and commercial analysis to interpret business performance drivers
- Proven ability to analyse large and complex datasets, generating clear, actionable insights to inform business outcomes
- Evidence of maintaining financial controls, data accuracy and integrity, with a high level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to influence and build effective relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders, including presenting complex financial information in a clear and accessible way
- Evidence of implementing process improvement or new processes and reporting to improve insight and decision making
