We're proud to be working exclusively with a fast-growing, membership-based intelligence and research business serving C-suite leaders globally.

Founded just a few years ago, they're already the go-to partner for enterprise decision-makers navigating digital transformation, with a client roster that reads like a who's who of global business. It's a lean, high-impact team where your work genuinely moves the needle.

The Opportunity

As the business scales, they need a sharp, commercially minded finance professional at the heart of how they understand and drive performance. It's a broad, hands-on role with real visibility — working directly with revenue owners, feeding into board and investor reporting, and shaping strategic decisions in real time. If you want your finance career to mean more than month-end close, this is worth a conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
