Role Description
This is a full-time self-employed remote role for a Commercial Finance Broker at Vistaara Financial Solutions. The Commercial Finance Broker will support clients by assessing their commercial finance needs, sourcing suitable lending and insurance solutions, and presenting recommendations clearly and transparently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Conducting financial assessments
- Preparing and submitting applications to lenders
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of commercial lending products
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Regular client communication via phone, email, and online meetings
- Managing a pipeline of cases
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the lending process
Qualifications
- Strong Brokerage skills, including commercial lending advisory and negotiation with lenders.
- Insurance-related skills, such as understanding business protection and risk management products.
- Customer Service skills, including clear communication, relationship management, and responsiveness to client needs.
- Finance skills, including financial analysis, understanding of lending criteria, and basic credit assessment.
- Sales skills, including consultative selling, opportunity identification, and pipeline management.
- Relevant experience in commercial finance, mortgages, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of UK financial regulations and FCA guidelines is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools for case management, documentation, and virtual client meetings.
- Professional qualifications in finance, banking, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
