Commercial Finance Broker – Kettering
Leading Independent Brokerage | Property & Commercial Finance
My client is a leading independent commercial finance brokerage based in Kettering, supporting businesses and property investors across the UK with access to a wide range of funding solutions. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an ambitious Commercial Finance Broker to join the Property Finance side of the business, working across a range of property-backed funding solutions.
With an established lender panel, strong market relationships and an excellent reputation for delivering tailored finance packages, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who is looking to build a long-term career within property and commercial finance. Previous commercial finance broking experience is not essential, with full training and ongoing support provided.
The Role
As a Commercial Finance Broker within the Property Finance team, you will work closely with property investors, developers, and business owners to understand their funding requirements and identify the most appropriate finance solutions.

Responsibilities will include:
- Managing new and existing client enquiries relating to property finance.
- Understanding clients' funding requirements and structuring appropriate finance solutions.
- Working across products including bridging finance, development finance, commercial mortgages, and other property-backed lending solutions.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers.
- Developing new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive business development.
- Managing deals throughout the full process, from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Providing clients with a professional and consultative service.
- Developing strong knowledge of the property finance market and lender landscape.
About You
My client is open to candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds and is particularly interested in individuals who are ambitious, commercially minded, and keen to develop a career within property finance.
You will ideally have:
- A strong B2B or B2C sales background.
- A proven track record of working towards and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A confident and consultative approach to sales.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand client requirements.
- A proactive, driven, and self-motivated attitude.
- Genuine career aspirations and an interest in developing within property and commercial finance.
- Previous experience within property, mortgages, estate agency, financial services, banking, or commercial finance would be advantageous but is not essential.
