About Approved Finance Group

Approved Finance Group is a directly FCA-authorised commercial finance brokerage based in Milton Keynes. We arrange funding for UK businesses through three divisions: Approved Business Finance, Approved Property Finance and Approved Motor Finance.

Commercial Finance Broker

You will own deals from first conversation to payout.

  • Qualify inbound enquiries and build your own pipeline through introducers and existing clients
  • Understand the client's funding need and structure the right solution across asset finance, business loans, invoice finance, property and motor
  • Place deals with the right lender from our panel and manage them through to completion
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date

We are looking for experience in commercial finance, asset finance, banking or lending. Strong B2B salespeople from other sectors who want to move into finance will also be considered.

Credit Administrator

You will keep deals moving between broker, client and lender.

  • Package proposals and submit them to lenders
  • Collect and check client documents, including KYC and AML requirements
  • Liaise with lender underwriters and resolve queries quickly
  • Track every deal through to payout and keep the CRM accurate

We are looking for strong attention to detail, confident communication and the ability to manage a busy workload. Experience in finance administration, underwriting support or a broker back office is an advantage.

Client Relationship Executive

You will look after our existing client base and make sure they come back to us.

  • Run regular check-ins with funded clients
  • Spot repeat funding, renewal and cross-division opportunities and pass them to the right broker
  • Generate referrals and client reviews
  • Handle service queries and keep clients informed

We are looking for someone personable, organised and commercially aware, with experience in account management, customer success or client services.
