Be Part of Something Big. Bring the Flavour! At Wingstop, we're in the flavour business. We create bold food, memorable experiences and a culture that brings people together. Recognised by the Sunday Times Best Places to Work in 2024, 2025 and 2026, named the UK's Number 1 QSR Brand in 2025, and home to Deliveroo's Number 1 Dish in 2025, we're growing fast and we're only getting started. Our mission? BRING THE FLAVOUR.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Finance Business Partner to help shape how we grow, invest and make decisions across Wingstop UK & Ireland. This isn't just about producing reports and updating spreadsheets. It's about getting under the skin of our performance, understanding what drives our sales and profitability, and turning data into decisions that make a real difference.
You'll partner with teams across Finance, Operations, Growth and Marketing, supporting everything from budgeting and forecasting to campaign evaluation and test-and-learn activity. You'll help us understand what works, what doesn't and where the biggest opportunities lie, making sure our commercial decisions are backed by insight, not guesswork.
If you're naturally curious, love joining the dots between numbers and real-world performance, and want to build your commercial influence in a fast-paced, growing brand, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the numbers: Lead sales budgeting and forecasting, working closely with Finance, Operations, Growth and Marketing to build a clear picture of performance and what's coming next.
- Turn data into decisions: Deliver insightful reporting, analysis and recommendations that help stakeholders understand performance, spot opportunities and take action.
- Make testing count: Support the design and evaluation of multi-site and customer tests, helping teams define success measures, interpret results and apply learnings to future decisions.
- Understand what drives growth: Assess promotional and campaign performance, including sales uplift, cannibalisation, margin impact and ROI, to identify what delivers profitable growth.
- Get under the skin of performance: Analyse sales, customer behaviour, channel mix, delivery, campaigns and site-level results to uncover trends, risks and opportunities.
- Partner across the business: Work with Marketing, Operations and external partners to challenge assumptions, evaluate investment and align commercial activity with profitability targets.
- Keep learning and improving: Bring fresh thinking to how we analyse performance, approach experimentation and use data to make better commercial decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
