Commercial Finance Business Partner
Core3 is delighted to be working with a growing organisation in Bristol to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join its finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded accountant looking to use their technical expertise in a business-facing role. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight that supports strategic decisions, improves performance, and drives commercial outcomes.
This role is ideally suited to someone making their first move from a Big 4 accountancy practice into industry. You'll have the opportunity to build on your technical training while developing the commercial skills and stakeholder relationships that will accelerate your career.
How you'll make an impact
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and financial decision-making
- Analyse business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Deliver financial insight that improves profitability and business performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Build financial models to support investment decisions and commercial initiatives
- Challenge stakeholders to improve financial performance and deliver against targets
- Support pricing decisions, commercial proposals, and business cases
- Monitor financial performance and provide clear recommendations to senior leaders
- Contribute to finance transformation and continuous improvement projects
- Build strong relationships across the business, becoming a trusted commercial adviser

- ACA qualified with training gained in a Big 4 accountancy practice - this is an essential requirement

What you'll get in return
As Commercial Finance Business Partner, you'll join a finance team where you'll gain broad commercial exposure and have the opportunity to influence business performance from day one.
- £60,000-£70,000 salary
- Performance-related bonus
- Hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the Bristol office
