Salary - Competitive
Working Pattern - Hybrid, with office 3x per week.
Contract Type - Permanent
Working Hours - Normal hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm or such hours deemed necessary to complete the duties.

Reporting to the Touring Senior Finance Business Partner, this role plays a key part in helping the Touring business turn commercial performance into clear choices and practical action.
You will provide analysis, insight and constructive challenge across trading performance, forecasting, budgeting, revenue, margin, cost, pricing, mix and commercial initiatives. Working closely with commercial, operational and finance stakeholders, you will help explain what is driving performance, strengthen planning and support better decision-making across the Touring portfolio.
This is a highly visible finance business partnering role requiring strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels.

What You Will Do
- Support accurate and timely month-end reporting, providing clear insight into performance against forecast, budget and prior periods.
- Own forecasting, budgeting and planning activities within your area of responsibility, coordinating inputs and challenging assumptions where appropriate.
- Build robust financial models, scenarios and sensitivity analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders on business cases, investment proposals and commercial initiatives.
- Analyse the drivers behind volume, pricing, mix, cost, margin and timing variances.
- Translate financial information into clear options, implications and recommendations for decision-makers.
- Identify risks and opportunities early and work with stakeholders to develop appropriate actions.
- Improve financial visibility, planning discipline and performance insight across the Touring portfolio.
- Support ongoing improvements in reporting, forecasting and commercial finance processes.

About You
Essential
- Strong experience within commercial finance, finance business partnering, management reporting or a similar analytical finance role.
- Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting and planning processes.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build financial models and demonstrate strong analytical capability.
- Strong understanding of P&L performance, revenue, margin, pricing, volume, mix and cost drivers.
- Experience interpreting business performance and turning analysis into practical recommendations.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders positively and constructively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working across teams.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within Travel, Hospitality, Leisure or another consumer-focused industry.
- A recognised finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or an international equivalent.
- Experience working with large datasets, reporting tools or business intelligence platforms.
- Exposure to pricing, commercial decision support or investment appraisal activities.
Travel & Other Requirements
This role may require occasional travel in line with business requirements.
You will be expected to work in line with TTC's hybrid working approach and attend the office as required.
