Established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo, our new company blends the best of two worlds: one steeped in industry-leading expertise and the heritage of prestige juice brands, and another rooted in a true entrepreneurial, agile mindset!
We are looking for an experienced European Commercial Finance Director.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the CFO, Europe & International, the European Commercial Finance Director is a critical leadership role within Tropicana Brands Group (TBG). Europe represents one of TBG's most important markets and is a significant contributor to the Group's revenue, profitability, and growth ambitions. This role serves as a key strategic partner to the General Managers and Commercial Leadership teams, helping drive profitable growth, strengthen financial performance, and enhance decision-making across the region.
A key member of the UKI & Nordics Executive Leadership team, contributing to strategic and organisational development and delivery, leading financial performance management and cadence.

Business Partnering & Commercial Leadership
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the General Managers and Commercial Leadership teams across Europe, providing financial insight and challenge to support decision-making and business performance.
- Develop clear profitability insights and recommendations that support sustainable revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share objectives.

Financial Performance & Management Reporting
- Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting for the European business.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement of reporting processes to provide executive management with clear visibility of performance against targets, forecasts, and strategic objectives.
Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Champion a best-in-class Revenue Growth Management agenda across Europe to deliver profitable and sustainable growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing, promotional effectiveness, assortment strategy, trade investment, customer profitability, and revenue realization.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure RGM capabilities are embedded within decision-making and support long-term value creation.
Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Partner with the Regional Controller to maintain a robust control environment across the European business.
- Support internal and external audit activities and drive the implementation of recommendations.
Strategic Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting
- Lead the commercial finance contribution to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), strategic planning process, monthly forecasting, and long-range business planning.
- Support the development of 3 to 5-year growth plans that align with TBG's strategic priorities, profitability objectives, and investment agenda.

Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial finance team across multiple geographies (Team of 8 people).
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development.
The Perfect Blend: Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and Qualified Accountant certification required (ACA/ACMA/ACCA)
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing, CPG or other consumer products industries with a European remit is strongly preferred. Experience dealing with the European retail landscape across a complex SKU mix desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in consumer-focused revenue growth management, inclusive of all strategies and a thorough understanding of complex market influences and levers, as well as an ability to drive improvements in processes and systems infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior commercial leaders and other key stakeholders to Influence decision-making through insight-led recommendations and effective stakeholder engagement across multiple markets.
- Highly analytical, exceptionally good communicator with strong commitment and initiative. Hands on, but able step back and assess a bigger picture.
- Exposure to private equity shareholders and entrepreneurial founders preferred.
The role is based in London and it will be required to come to the office in Farringdon between 2 to 3 days a week.
