Role Overview
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager Milwaukee, you will act as the lead finance partner to the Job Site Solutions (JSS) organisation, providing commercial insight, financial analysis, and decision-making guidance to accelerate profitable growth across JSS.

This role combines strategic business partnering, commercial finance, forecasting, investment appraisal, and performance management to support one of Milwaukee's most important growth platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Support the VP JSS and leadership team in developing and executing the JSS growth strategy.
- Provide financial challenge and guidance on strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation.
- Act as the finance voice within the JSS leadership team.
- Participate in regular business reviews and operational leadership meetings.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead JSS forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Challenge assumptions and provide scenario modelling.
- Identify risks and opportunities within forecasts.
- Support annual operating plans and strategic growth plans.
Commercial Finance
- Analyse JSS performance by:
- Region
- Vertical
- Trade
- Customer
- Project
- Product category
- Evaluate profitability of JSS investments and initiatives.
- Monitor productivity and return on investment of JSS resources.
- Support HDA initiatives
- Lead BI projects
Investment & Headcount Analysis
- Build business cases for:
- New JSS headcount
- Vertical specialist teams
- Strategic projects
- Customer investments
- Track actual returns versus approved investment assumptions.
- Develop ROI frameworks for major JSS initiatives.

Performance Management
- Create and maintain JSS KPI scorecards.
- Measure:
- Sales growth
- Margin improvement
- Customer conversion
- Pipeline development
- Productivity metrics
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Executive Support
- Prepare financial content for:
- Quarterly Business Reviews
- Strategic planning sessions
- Budget reviews
- Leadership presentations
- Deliver clear recommendations supported by data and financial analysis.
Ideal Profile
- Finance degree qualified with FP&A and commercial finance experience.
- Strong modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Able to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting sales, commercial, or business development organisations preferred.
