We are partnering exclusively with Majestic Wine to hire a Commercial Finance Lead for Product, Marketing and Online who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, challenging commercial thinking, and helping drive profitable growth.
This isn't a reporting role. It's a genuine commercial finance position where you'll work alongside the Trading Director, Marketing Director, and Head of Online to influence decisions that will contribute to the continued growth of the Group.
You'll be involved in:
- Partnering senior commercial leaders across Product, Marketing, and E-commerce
- Analysing product margins and identifying opportunities to improve profitability
- Supporting pricing, promotions, and category performance
- Building investment cases for digital initiatives and marketing campaigns
- Measuring campaign ROI and customer acquisition performance
- Owning budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance reporting
- Providing insight that influences strategic business decisions

We're looking for someone who is ideally:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Has experience in retail, FMCG, eCommerce, logistics, or consumer businesses
- Loves understanding how businesses make money—not just reporting the numbers
- Enjoys working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Can simplify complex financial information into meaningful commercial insight
