Commercial Finance Manager | Lincoln | Office Based
Are you a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on turning financial data into meaningful business decisions?
I am partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation in Lincoln to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a high-profile role that combines the analytical rigour of FP&A with the influence and stakeholder engagement of Finance Business Partnering, offering a genuine opportunity to shape business performance and drive strategic decision-making.
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership through insightful analysis, robust forecasting and proactive business partnering.
You'll bridge the gap between finance and operations, helping stakeholders understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Producing detailed financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Developing meaningful KPIs and management information to support decision-making.
- Partnering with operational and commercial leaders across the business.
- Challenging and influencing stakeholders to improve performance and profitability.
- Delivering scenario modelling and business case analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Identifying risks and opportunities through ongoing financial review.
- Supporting month-end and wider finance activities where required.
- Driving continuous improvement across financial planning and reporting processes.

You'll likely possess:
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification (or be qualified by experience).
- Previous experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering roles.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling expertise.
- The ability to translate complex financial information into actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with finance systems and reporting tools.
