Commercial Finance Manager

Location: Central London
Hybrid working
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits + Bonus
Company: Well known Retail Brand

The Role

A Commercially focused Finance Manager position partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance through financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You'll lead budgeting and forecasting processes, provide commercial insight, support investment decisions, and manage up to two Finance Analysts.

  • Deliver monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Build business cases and support investment decisions.
  • Produce financial modelling and commercial analysis.
  • Own balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
  • Drive process improvements across reporting and planning.
  • Manage and develop Finance Analysts.

About You

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
  • Strong experience in business partnering and commercial finance.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders.
  • Previous management or mentoring experience desirable.
  • Experience using financial systems and AI-enabled tools.
