Commercial Finance Manager

London | Hybrid

A fast-growing financial services/technology business is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to take ownership of FP&A, commercial analysis, and Business Intelligence.

This is a broad, commercially focused role working closely with senior leadership and having real influence over how the business uses financial data, systems, and technology.

There is also plenty of scope to improve processes, introduce greater automation, and develop more effective management information as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Group budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting.
  • Build and develop financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
  • Analyse revenue, margins, pricing, costs, and key commercial drivers.
  • Develop and improve Power BI dashboards and management information.
  • Automate reporting and financial analysis, reducing manual processes.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI and technology to improve Finance processes.
  • Bring together financial and operational data from multiple systems for better analysis.
  • Provide commercially focused analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance and the wider business to understand performance and profitability.
  • Support the senior leadership team with strategic projects and business planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
