Interim Commercial Finance Manager
Near Woking | 3 days in the office
£500 - £650 Per Day (Inside IR35) - 6 Months Initially
We need someone who can start ASAP.
We are working with one of the most iconic brands near Woking to find an Interim Commercial Finance Manager.
This is a seriously exciting, fast-paced, and consumer-focused industry. A brilliant brand, lots going on, and a role sitting right at the heart of commercial decision-making.
We need someone who loves getting underneath the numbers and helping a business make better decisions.

What will you be doing?
- Partnering with senior commercial and operational stakeholders across the business
- Leading revenue forecasting and supporting the wider budgeting and planning cycle
- Getting underneath revenue, margin, costs, and overall business performance
- Working with commercial teams to understand pipeline, opportunities, and future performance
- Supporting pricing, bids, and commercial business cases
- Building scenario models around different opportunities, risks, and investments
- Identifying risks and opportunities early and helping the business decide what to do about them
- Improving management information, reporting, and commercial analysis
- Understanding profitability across customers, projects, and different areas of the business
- Challenging assumptions and bringing a strong commercial finance voice to decision-making
- Improving processes and finding better ways of doing things

What are we looking for?

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong background in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
You'll need to be analytical, commercially curious, and confident enough to challenge senior stakeholders.
We want someone who can take a set of numbers and tell the story behind them.
Someone who asks questions. Someone who spots things. Someone who can operate at pace and isn't fazed when everything isn't perfect.
Experience within a high-growth, PE-backed, or listed business would be particularly interesting.
Most importantly, you'll need to be a strong communicator who enjoys working with people outside of Finance.
