Commercial Finance Manager
Luton (Hybrid)
£70,000 + Bonus & Benefits
An impressive and growing organisation is looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager to join its finance team and play a key role in supporting business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded qualified accountant who enjoys operating close to the business, partnering with senior stakeholders and using financial insight to influence decisions.
The role sits at the heart of the organisation, providing analysis, challenge and guidance to help improve performance, support strategic initiatives and drive better decision-making across the business. You will work closely with a range of operational and commercial teams, acting as a key finance partner and helping translate financial information into meaningful insight.

Key responsibilities:
- Act as a commercial finance partner to senior stakeholders across the business
- Provide insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Lead elements of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Develop financial models and analysis to support business cases and future initiatives
- Identify trends, opportunities and risks through effective performance analysis
- Improve reporting processes and enhance the visibility of key business metrics
- Support finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong relationships across multiple functions, influencing decisions through data and insight

About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with experience gained within a large, complex organisation.
