Commercial Finance Manager
High Growth Entertainment Business
Central London | Hybrid
£75,000 + bonus + benefits
A rapidly growing international multisite entertainment business is recruiting a Commercial Finance Manager during an exciting stage. This is a highly visible and commercially focused role reporting to the Finance Director, working closely with senior commercial, operational, and leadership stakeholders to improve business performance and support decision-making.
The business is undergoing significant international expansion, with an ambitious pipeline of new locations. This creates an excellent opportunity to join an entrepreneurial organization where Finance plays an important role in understanding performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting the next phase of growth.
You will sit at the intersection of Finance and the wider business, providing insightful analysis, financial challenge, and strategic support. The role goes beyond reporting the numbers; you will be expected to understand what is driving performance, explain the commercial implications, and provide clear recommendations on what the business should do next.
There will be significant exposure to pricing, profitability, investment decisions, and commercial modelling alongside ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and longer-term planning. You will build strong relationships across the organization and use financial and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and ways to improve sustainable profitability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
