Commercial Finance Manager - 4 Month FTC - £75,000 pro rata - London / Hybrid - Immediate Start

We are working with a large, well-established retailer looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Finance Manager on an initial 4-month fixed-term contract.

This is a highly visible role partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, providing commercial insight, challenging performance and helping drive better financial and operational decision-making.

The role:

You will take ownership of key areas of commercial finance, including:

  • Partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Providing high-quality analysis and insight to support business decisions.
  • Reviewing performance against budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Supporting forecasting, budgeting and longer-term financial planning.
  • Developing reporting and analysis around revenue, margin, costs and profitability.
  • Challenging stakeholders and helping translate financial information into clear commercial actions.
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and business initiatives across the finance function.

The person:

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong commercial finance and business partnering experience.

You will ideally have worked within a large, complex consumer-facing business, with retail, hospitality, leisure or a similar multi-site environment particularly relevant.
