Commercial Finance Manager 3-Month Interim Contract £350–£450 per day (Inside IR35) South West London

We're supporting a rapidly growing manufacturing business that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Finance Manager on an interim basis to support the finance function through a key period of operational growth and change.

This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll work closely with senior leaders across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial and Marketing, providing financial insight while remaining heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the finance function. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable analysing trading performance as they are producing management accounts and supporting month-end close.

This is a role for someone who enjoys partnering with the wider business, challenging performance, and rolling their sleeves up to ensure finance continues to operate efficiently during a busy period.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance Director, you'll act as a key finance business partner across multiple departments while supporting the delivery of accurate financial reporting and commercial insight.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment, you'll help drive better decision-making through robust analysis while maintaining ownership of core finance processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
