Eutopia Search are working with large, well-established businesses looking to appoint an ambitious Commercial Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial insight with strong leadership, partnering with senior stakeholders and helping drive business performance.

Leading a team of 3 finance professionals, you'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business partnering, providing the insight that supports strategic decision-making across the organisation.

The role:

  • Lead and develop a team of 3
  • Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting
  • Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders across the business
  • Provide financial analysis and actionable commercial insight
  • Challenge and influence business decisions to drive profitability and performance
  • Support strategic projects and continuous process improvement

We're looking for someone who:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Has strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
  • Enjoys managing and developing people
  • Can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Is proactive, analytical, and commercially focused
