Interim Commercial Finance Manager / FP&A
Guildford | 3 Days in the Office
£500 - £650 Per Day (Inside IR35) | 6-12 Months | Temp to Perm
This is a seriously exciting Commercial Finance / FP&A role.
We’re working with a brilliant, fast-paced business in Guildford with an insanely good team, loads happening and a genuinely great culture.
It’s high impact, high autonomy and properly commercial.
You’ll be right at the heart of the business, working with senior leaders to understand what’s driving performance, where the opportunities are and what they should do next.

- Owning forecasting, planning and commercial analysis
- Getting underneath revenue, margin, costs and profitability
- Partnering senior commercial and operational leaders
- Identifying risks, opportunities and performance drivers
- Building scenarios, commercial models and business cases
- Supporting pricing, investment and strategic decisions
- Turning data into clear, useful commercial insight
- Challenging the business and helping people make better decisions
- Improving reporting, processes and how FP&A supports the wider business
What are we looking for?
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong background in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
