Cedar is supporting a hyper-growth digital consumer brand who are seeking an engaging, data savvy Commercial Finance Manager to join the team. You will play a central role in shaping financial strategy and delivering data-driven insights that directly impact decision-making at the highest level.
Role Responsibilities
- Driving strategic insight and financial performance by owning and optimising FP&A reporting ensuring accuracy across all outputs.
- Support the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process, prepare compelling investor materials, and help deliver impactful business performance reviews.
- Work closely with budget owners and the wider finance team, identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver scenario modelling and ad-hoc analysis, and partner on high-impact cross-functional projects.
- Lead on process improvements that enhance efficiency and scale within the commercial finance function.

Candidate Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong commercial finance experience, ideally within a high-growth or consumer-led business (e-commerce/retail a plus).
- Experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, LightDash).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data visualisation skills.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide junior team members.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast change, and owning your work from start to finish.
