Commercial Finance Manager | up to £90k | London / Hybrid
We’re hiring a Commercial Finance Manager for a fast-growing, entrepreneurial business operating in the entertainment and experiences space.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind spreadsheets and report on what happened last month. We’re looking for a commercially sharp finance person who wants to be close to the decisions and helping shape them.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership across a varied and growing business - getting into pricing, profitability, deals, new revenue opportunities and the commercial questions make a real impact.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning commercial analysis across key parts of the business
- Getting under the skin of pricing, revenue, margins and profitability
- Building models and turning them into clear commercial recommendations
- Supporting and challenging senior stakeholders on decisions
- Getting involved in deals and emerging revenue streams
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
- Making finance useful and accessible to people who don’t speak finance
It’s a hands-on individual contributor role, so you need to enjoy doing the analysis as much as discussing the answers.
Who we’re looking for:
A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong commercial finance, FP&A or business-partnering experience. You’ll be confident around senior people, comfortable when things move quickly, and able to turn messy commercial questions into simple, actionable answers.

Experience in entertainment, media, events or similarly fast-moving consumer businesses would be useful, but commercial instinct matters more than having the perfect sector CV.
If you’re commercially minded, enjoy pace and variety, and want a finance role where you can genuinely influence how a growing business makes money, we’d love to hear from you.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
