Hybrid | North or South England
Salary: £60K - £70K + Benefits, some flex for very strong candidates
North Location
Somewhere between Manchester & Sheffield would work - Hybrid 1 day per week in office
South Location
Basingstoke or London - Hybrid 1 day per week in office
We're exclusively partnering with a leading facilities and workplace services organisation to recruit a commercially focused Finance Manager to support a portfolio of high-profile FM and outsourcing contracts valued at approximately £45m.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of the financial performance, governance and commercial support of a portfolio of contracts, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive profitability, performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:
- Full ownership of contract P&Ls, budgets, forecasts and month-end reporting
- Commercial governance, cost control and margin improvement
- Business partnering with Regional Operations Managers and senior stakeholders
- Financial analysis, performance reporting and risk management
- Supporting contract mobilisation, change control and commercial initiatives
- Leading and developing a Finance Assistant
About you:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) with post-qualification experience
- Strong finance business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within Facilities Management is essential
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insight
- Willingness to travel across your contract portfolio as required
