Commercial Finance Manager

We're partnering with a market-leading professional services organisation to introduce a Commercial Finance Manager. This is a highly visible role sitting at the heart of commercial performance, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive growth, profitability and business transformation.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering commercial insight across business units, clients, projects and service lines.
- Building sophisticated financial models to support strategic decisions, investments and growth initiatives.
- Analysing revenue, margin, pricing and profitability drivers to identify value creation opportunities.
- Supporting enterprise-wide performance reporting, forecasting and planning.
- Turning complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
- Contributing to finance transformation, process improvement and enhanced analytics capabilities.

What we're looking for:
- Strong commercial finance or FP&A experience.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Track record of supporting strategic decision-making through insight and data.
- Experience working with complex datasets and stakeholder groups.
- Strong Excel skills, with Power BI experience advantageous.
- Confident communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
