Commercial Finance Manager

Salary: £65k-£70k based on exp
Location: Based near Weybridge, Surrey
Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days WFH
Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent

An exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Commercial Finance Manager to join a growing business and play a key role in driving profitability, performance, and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to support growth, improve margins, optimise cash flow, and enhance overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly management accounts, board reports, and KPI dashboards.
  • Analyse revenue, gross profit, margins, costs, and profitability.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modelling.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Monitor working capital, debtor performance, and cash generation.
  • Support pricing decisions, business cases, and investment analysis.
  • Ensure financial controls, VAT compliance, audit readiness, and statutory reporting.
  • Drive process improvements, reporting automation, and finance system enhancements.

About You

Essential:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part qualified.
  • Strong experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or finance business partnering.
  • Proven ability to analyse financial performance and provide actionable commercial insight.
  • Strong forecasting, financial modelling, and cash flow management skills.
  • Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and Excel skills.
