Description
- An opportunity to join the commercial finance function of a market leading FTSE 100.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Business partnering to drive both cost management and revenue and margin growth.
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
- Analyse financial data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organisational goals.

Profile
- Required Qualifications:
- A strong background in accounting and financial management - either top 6 trained ACA or from a large corporate.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present clear recommendations.
- Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and develop a finance team.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.

Job Offer
- Salary: ranging from £75,000 to £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Benefits:
- 25 days of annual leave.
