In this highly influential role, you'll be part of the F&B Finance team, leading the development of our commercial strategy and using data, modelling and performance insight to drive decision making. Working across Finance, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Digital and Operations teams, you'll identify opportunities to grow sales, improve conversion and maximise the value of our Food & Beverage proposition across the guest journey.
What You'll Be Doing
- Shape and deliver the Premier Inn F&B commercial strategy, identifying and creating financial analysis of growth opportunities across breakfast, dinner and drinks while using customer, market and commercial insights to drive long-term performance.
- Analyse and drive Food & Beverage sales throughout the guest journey, working with Digital, CRM and E-commerce teams to optimise proposition visibility, guest engagement and conversion across Premier Inn channels.
- Provide commercial insight and performance analysis, monitoring revenue trends, competitor activity and key performance drivers to inform strategic decisions, maximise sales and improve commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, F&B Product, Marketing, Operations and Commercial teams, to ensure propositions, pricing, messaging and guest experiences support business growth objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
