Commercial Finance Manager

Facilities Management | London | Hybrid Working | Up to £80,000 + Benefits

Are you a commercially minded finance professional looking to take ownership of financial performance on a large-scale Facilities Management contract?

We’re partnering with a leading UK Facilities Management provider to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, supporting operational leadership and maximising commercial opportunities across a major contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation where finance plays a key role in strategic decision-making and operational success.

The Role

  • Take ownership of financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting across a large FM contract.
  • Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive financial performance and profitability.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis, identifying risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor contract performance, revenue, costs, margins and cash flow.
  • Support monthly management accounts, financial reviews and reporting cycles.
  • Challenge financial performance and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance across the contract.
  • Support commercial decision-making, cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

  • Experience in a Commercial Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner or similar senior finance role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence operational stakeholders.
  • Experience within Facilities Management, outsourced services, contract-led environments or a similar industry would be advantageous.
  • Strong financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting and analytical skills.
  • Confident communicating financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • A proactive, commercially focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
