An Established and Highly Regarded International Organisation is Looking to Appoint a Commercial Finance Manager
Operating within a fast-paced commercial environment, the business is renowned for innovation, operational excellence and continuous investment in its people. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence commercial performance across a significant business unit.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you will be responsible for the financial control, planning and performance analysis of a key revenue-generating business area. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading revenue, margin and profitability reporting, ensuring accurate financial control and analysis.
- Managing budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles, including scenario modelling and performance forecasting.
- Analysing financial and operational performance, identifying risks, opportunities and key business drivers.
- Delivering insightful reporting and commentary to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Supporting the evaluation of commercial opportunities, pricing initiatives and business proposals.
- Building strong relationships across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations to provide effective business partnering and challenge.
- Leading and developing team members whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Driving process optimisation, automation and enhancement of reporting capabilities.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making within a commercial environment.
- Previous people management or team development experience would be advantageous.
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
