Commercial Finance Manager
Salary: £70,000-£85,000 + Bonus

Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed international life sciences business seeking a commercially focused finance professional to support growth and improve performance across a portfolio of laboratories.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with General Managers and the CFO to drive profitability, forecasting accuracy, and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Partner with General Managers to improve financial and commercial performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Analyse pricing, customer profitability, and margins
- Identify revenue growth and cross-sell opportunities
- Support investment decisions and commercial projects
- Deliver KPI reporting and actionable business insights
Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
- Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Experience in multi-site, PE-backed, or regulated environments beneficial
- Power BI, SQL, or advanced analytics experience advantageous
