An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join an international supply chain business based in Central London.
This is a commercially focused role with exposure across the wider business, supporting senior stakeholders with financial insight, revenue planning and commercial decision-making. The role will also have involvement in key business projects and tenders, providing the financial analysis and modelling required to support growth.
The Role
As Commercial Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational performance of the business.
You will take ownership of revenue budgeting and forecasting, provide financial input into tender and commercial opportunities, and oversee analysis of the top-end P&L, ensuring senior stakeholders have clear visibility of financial performance and future outlook.
The role will also provide an opportunity to get involved in a range of strategic and business projects, working cross-functionally with teams across the international organisation.

- Own the revenue budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
- Provide financial analysis and modelling for new business opportunities and tenders
- Support the preparation and evaluation of tender responses, assessing revenue, margin, costs and commercial assumptions
- Take ownership of top-end P&L reporting and analysis, providing insight into key movements and business drivers
- Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year, identifying trends and areas of opportunity
- Partner with senior commercial and operational stakeholders to provide financial insight and challenge
- Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic and commercial decisions
- Support pricing and commercial negotiations through detailed financial analysis
- Provide financial input into projects, new initiatives and business transformation
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin and overall profitability
- Produce clear and insightful management information for senior leadership
- Work with international teams to understand performance across different markets and areas of the business
- Support the wider finance team with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Continuously improve commercial reporting, processes and financial models

About You
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business and using financial information to support decision-making.
You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A or management accounting
- Experience with revenue budgeting and forecasting
- Strong understanding of P&L, revenue and margin analysis
- Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills
- Experience supporting tenders, bids, pricing or commercial proposals would be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence
- Ability to take complex financial information and turn it into clear commercial insight
