Commercial Finance & Projects Manager, c£75,000 - £80,000 DOE, central London

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a prestigious luxury hospitality group with a celebrated presence across Europe. Renowned for their design, service, and individuality, you will be at the centre of their expansion.

The role goes far beyond technical finance, it demands intellectual curiosity, commercial sharpness, and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders while shaping data-led decisions that drive performance and growth. This is a high-impact role, offering the perfect blend of essential BAU financial responsibilities with hands-on involvement in strategic, commercially driven projects. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will act as a key business partner across a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels, F&B concepts, and corporate functions.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct detailed, targeted analysis of financial performance across the Group’s hotels, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, reduce costs, and implement effective control measures in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic finance partner to core business functions, providing commercial insight and challenge to ensure value-driven decisions.
  • Drive and contribute to cross-functional business projects, aligning financial expertise with wider strategic goals.
  • Capex planning, ROI modelling, and post-implementation reviews.

What you’ll bring:

  • Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with 2-5 years PQE.
  • Experience in a commercially focused finance role.
  • Multisite experience.
  • A strategic mind with a strong grasp of financial planning, analysis, and project management.
  • Ability to decipher complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience challenging and influencing business decisions at a senior level.
