Team members join a growing, specialist finance platform with exposure to diverse funding sources and complex real estate transactions.
Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time self-employed remote role focused on commercial finance and real estate finance. The role involves sourcing and assessing funding opportunities for clients within both business finance and real estate finance. The individual will communicate regularly with clients to understand their financing needs, gather documentation, and provide clear updates on deal progress. All admin and underwriting tasks are performed by the office, therefore the role focuses purely on lead generation and origination.

Qualifications
- Commercial finance and real estate finance knowledge, including experience with business loans, property-backed lending, and alternative funding structures.
- Must have the ability and a strategy to generate UK business finance or real estate finance leads.
- Client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts in clear, accessible language and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions, documentation requirements, and deadlines in a remote, part-time environment.
- Familiarity with regulated financial environments; understanding of FCA principles and compliance practices is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems, video conferencing platforms).
- Prior experience in banking, commercial lending, brokerage, or real estate finance is preferred.
- Relevant academic background in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
