The Consultancy Group are working on a very exciting Commercial opportunity for a Multisite organisation.
A highly commercial finance opportunity within a growing multi-site consumer business. Working closely with senior leadership, this role will support investment decisions, capital planning, new site appraisals, commercial agreements, property-related analysis, and business partnering across multiple business units.

- Review and challenge business cases, investment appraisals and capital expenditure proposals.
- Build and maintain financial models for new sites, refurbishments and strategic projects.
- Support capital planning, forecasting and governance processes.
- Analyse leases, property costs and commercial agreements to support decision-making.
- Provide commercial insight and financial analysis to operational stakeholders.
- Deliver performance reporting, profitability analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Drive improvements in reporting, automation and data-led decision making.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Strong background in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance or Investment Appraisal.
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within retail, hospitality, leisure, property, consumer or other multi-site environments is advantageous.
- Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
