The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Commercial Flat Roofing Manager to lead the development and growth of our flat roofing offering across all nine Roofbase branches.
This is a key role focused on developing our existing flat roofing business while identifying future opportunities for growth. You will explore new products and systems, develop different routes to market and work closely with our branch teams, existing suppliers and potential new partners.

As the flat roofing business grows, the role will also help develop Roofbase’s approach to the specification market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the commercial development and growth of flat roofing across all nine Roofbase branches.
- Review and develop our existing flat roofing range, identifying opportunities for new products and systems.
- Explore and develop new routes to market and identify opportunities to grow our presence within the flat roofing sector.
- Work closely with branch teams to understand customer needs, local market opportunities and areas for growth.
- Develop strong relationships with existing suppliers to maximise commercial and sales opportunities.
- Identify and develop relationships with new suppliers and strategic partners.
- Support the introduction and successful launch of new flat roofing products and systems across the branch network.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate awareness and demand for the flat roofing range.
- Build and develop relationships with roofing contractors and other key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and new developments within the flat roofing sector.
- Identify opportunities within the specification market and develop Roofbase’s longer-term specification strategy.
- Deliver agreed sales, margin and category growth targets.

Location & Hours
- Coverage: All nine Roofbase branches
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
The role will involve regular travel across the Roofbase branch network and to customers, suppliers and industry partners.
